We provide prepaid mobile connectivity services via eSIM (digital SIM) products (the “Services”) through our online store powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website, purchasing, activating, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old  
• Provide accurate and complete information  
• Use a compatible, unlocked device  
You are responsible for ensuring your device compatibility.


2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
We provide prepaid mobile data services delivered via:
• eSIM (digital activation)
Services may include data depending on your plan and supported networks.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

3. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring your device:
• Supports eSIM  
• Is carrier unlocked  
• Supports required network bands  
No refunds will be issued for incompatibility unless required by law.


4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in MYR or other displayed currencies.
You agree to pay:
• The listed price  
• Applicable taxes (if any)  
• Payment processing fees (if applicable)  
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.


6. ACTIVATION & VALIDITY
eSIMs are delivered digitally via QR code or activation link.
Validity begins upon first network connection or within the defined activation window.
Plans expire after the stated validity period.
Expired plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are only provided if:
• The eSIM has not been activated  
• There is a verified technical fault caused by us  
• Required by law  

No refunds will be provided for:
• Device incompatibility  
• Poor network coverage  
• Incorrect purchase  
• Change of mind after activation  
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at sales@swtinter.com. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

8. NETWORK & PERFORMANCE
Service quality depends on:
• Local carrier networks  
• Device compatibility  
• Geographic conditions  
We are not responsible for network outages, congestion, or speed reductions.

9. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining account security  
• All activities under your account  
Accounts may not be transferred or resold.

10. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Use the service for illegal activity  
• Resell without authorization  
• Engage in spam, fraud, or abuse  
• Use automated systems improperly  
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, and materials are owned by SWT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our Services may include third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content or performance.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages  
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid  

We are not responsible for:
• Business losses  
• Travel disruptions  
• Emergency communication failures  

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• Your misuse of the Services  
• Your violation of any law  

16. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
