REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• A full refund will be provided if the eSIM has not been installed or activated  
• A partial or full refund may be granted if there is a verified technical issue caused by SWT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.  
• A refund may be issued if the purchased service cannot be delivered as described  

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• The eSIM has already been installed or activated  
• The device is not compatible or is carrier-locked  
• An incorrect purchase was made by the customer  
• Network issues outside the control of SWT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. after activation  
• Change of mind after activation
