Delivery Method
After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation instructions will be delivered to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number.
No physical SIM cards or products will be shipped.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within minutes after successful payment.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or processing delays.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
SWT INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
